Boston (June 02, 2008) — (May 27- 30) 451 Marketing hosts the Spanish vegetable festival, "Exaltacion de la Verdura" at Avila restaurant.

Exaltacion de la Verdura is an annual vegetable tapas festival celebrated in Tuleda, Spain, a city renowned for growing more vegetables than anywhere else in the world. In honor of the festival, executive chef Rodney Murillo prepared a savory five course fixed menu incorporating a bountiful assortment of ripe fruits and vegetables into local dishes. Diners feasted on specialty dishes including Seared Yellow Fin Tuna and Braised Beef Short Ribs garnished in Rioja wine sauce.

Avila Restaurant also recently announced the opening of their new patio.
