Our Culture

451 Marketing offers a unique and inspired work environment where employees enjoy lots of fun activities and perks. Our dog-friendly office is frequented by many of the employees’ furry friends. A casual dress policy allows employees to be comfortable, yet stylish, in the office. An office of self-proclaimed foodies, we host quarterly potlucks where employees flex their culinary muscles.

451 Marketing’s fun and inclusive environment extends far beyond office walls. We have regular team outings for employees to relax and get to know one another. Every summer, an outing on Thompson Island or Cape Cod allows employees to enjoy a day of sun, sand, games, music, and relaxation. Twice a year, we let colleagues and clients in on the fun by hosting open houses featuring live music, food, drinks, and photo booths.


We know that to be truly successful we must support and give back to the communities in which we live and work.  As a part of our ongoing commitment to giving back, we created a program called “451 Cares” that encourages employees to volunteer one paid work day every quarter with the charity of their choice. Members of our team have utilized this day to donate time to organizations including Cradles to Crayons, The Greater Boston Food Bank, Community Servings, and Junior Achievement.

An extension of our Cares program is our Intern Non-Profit Partnership Project. Each session, interns work as a team to create a comprehensive marketing plan for a non-profit. Partners have included Special Olympics, Interise, BINA Farm Center, Jane Doe Inc., and The Old North Foundation.
